Please share what you do in 10-15 words. What I do is act as a guide; I help to bring people into the process of self-actualization through cleansing, yoga, meditation, and creative processing.
Why do you do what you do? I do what I do as a direct result of my own personal journey which began to unravel the old information that no longer served me. Through that process I began to open myself up to the creative flow and all that the universe has to offer.
What are you currently fascinated by in your work? I am always fascinated by people's strength and commitment to their process. Using food as an instrument for transformation excites me - it is something we all have access to and once we understand the benefits of food, we can begin to take personal responsibility for our heath and personal well-being.
How did you come to your path? Any aha moments or key teachers? I am a recovered alcoholic with 20 plus years of continuous sobriety. The journey through sobriety has been my greatest teacher. Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa has also be a huge and instrumental person on my journey, not only as teacher, but dear friend and supporter.
What book(s) are you currently reading? I am reading two books: The Rebel Rules by Chip Conley and also The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying (this is an ongoing book in my life).
