Place often indicates access to care and the health and well-being of residents; Macomb Partners in Health to alter reality in Eastpointe, Roseville and Warren
|
The GDAHC-led Macomb Partners in Health is an initiative funded by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services
|
Everyone deserves access to a healthier way of life, no matter where you live or work. Unfortunately too often, place determines your state of health, your access to care, and your overall well-being; a current reality we shared in an e-newsletter last month.
Macomb Partners in Health will strive to ensure that the people who live, work, play and worship will not become a statistic in the communities of Eastpointe, Roseville and Warren.
How can you participate?
The key partners (in addition to the organizations mentioned in the video) include the following:
- Macomb County Health Department
- Henry Ford Macomb Hospital
- St. John Providence Partners in Care
- Advantage Health Centers
- AFPD - Voice of the Independent Retailers
- Gleaners Community Food Bank
- Michigan Food and Beverage Association
- MSU Extension
- MyCare Health Center
- Recreation Authority of Roseville and Eastpointe
