Place often indicates access to care and the health and well-being of residents; Macomb Partners in Health to alter reality in Eastpointe, Roseville and Warren
The GDAHC-led Macomb Partners in Health is an initiative funded
by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services
Everyone deserves access to a healthier way of life, no matter where you live or work. Unfortunately too often, place determines your state of health, your access to care, and your overall well-being; a current reality we shared in an e-newsletter last month.

Macomb Partners in Health will strive to ensure that the people who live, work, play and worship will not become a statistic in the communities of Eastpointe, Roseville and Warren.

Watch our video introducing this initiative.
