How Comprehensive is Your Analysis? Human Molecular Profiling Using High Resolution Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry
Urinalysis has been a primary diagnostic tool since
ancient times and continues to be so today. In this study, urine was analyzed with our Pegasus® GC-HRT instrument to monitor behavior (e.g. drug abuse) and to perform a more comprehensive molecular profiling. Our Pegasus GC-HRT was an asset to this analysis because of its acquisition speed, mass accuracy (<1 ppm), and high resolving power (up to 50k), which provides high quality spectral data.
