USHLI Scholarship Opportunities 

& iPad Contest


To enter the iPad Contest, simply complete the online CreditSmart� training module titled "Your Credit and Why it is Important." Just by registering for the course and answering a six-question follow-up survey, you will be entered for a chance to win a free iPad from USHLI. The program will run from September 1, 2014 to June 1, 2015. The winners will be notified by email on a quarterly basis.


 

Dr. Juan Andrade Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders

 

USHLI has awarded over 1.3 million in scholarships and internships to Latino students. With affordability being one of the main reason many Latinos are unable to complete their post-secondary education or training, USHLI  tries to help students stay in school and graduate by raising money for scholarships. Every year USHLI grants rising Latino leaders a scholarship and  the opportunity to attend the USHLI National Conference in February. The scholarship deadline is December 31, 2014.


 

RMHC� /HACER� National Scholarship

 

RMHC�/HACER�, part of the U.S. Ronald McDonald House Charities� Scholarship Program, is one of the largest college scholarships for Hispanic students. It provides financial assistance to graduating high school seniors who face limited access to educational and career opportunities. Students are selected based on demonstrated academic achievement, financial need, and community involvement. The scholarship deadline is January 20, 2015.

     
 
 

Denny's Hungry For Education™ Scholarship

 

Denny's Hungry for Education (HFE) is a multicultural scholarship program

targeting students from high school through college and is designed to recognize and encourage academic accomplishments. The program will award more than $200,000 in scholarships to deserving high school and college students for their ideas to help Denny's fight childhood hunger. The scholarship deadline is April 30, 2015.
