Over 12,000 Students, Parents, and Educators Attend
Student Leadership Series Events in Hammond, IN

USHLI's Student Leadership Series (SLS) continued its fall campaign with a series of events in Hammond, IN, in partnership with Success Through Excellence and School City of Hammond. Student assemblies were held at four high schools, four middle schools, fourteen elementary schools and the Area Career Center. A total of 12,650 students, parents and educators were impacted through these events. USHLI is very grateful for the opportunity to partner with the Hammond schools administration and Success for Excellence in this very successful series of presentations.
Jimmy Cabrera, who is rated among the top motivational speakers in the nation, was the featured speaker in the series of events. Transportation was provided courtesy of Southwest Airlines.
 SLS participating schools will see their students become better motivated, more involved in class and extracurricular activities, more determined to succeed academically and in life, and better prepared to enter the workforce. Over 136,050 students, parents, and teachers in 27 states have been served this year.
