USHLI Partners with Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs and Idaho Voices United Task Force
An estimated 100 students, young professionals, and business and community leaders in Idaho participated in a Voices United Forum, which focused on education, health care, immigration, and civic engagement.  The featured speaker was USHLI President Dr. Juan Andrade, Jr. The topic for his presentation was "Redefining Civic Engagement."

The event was organized jointly by the Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs and the Idaho Voices United Task Force.  The conference was hosted by the Idaho Commission on Hispanic Affairs, under the leadership of Margie Gonzalez, who is also spearheading the Idaho portion of USHLI's upcoming SLS tour in the Northwest Region.
