1) College Planning Process flowchart
This process flowchart illustrates how CFS' college-planning software, services, marketing material, and add-ons fit into a coordinated and comprehensive approach to delivering college-planning services. It helps you see the big picture and will eliminate confusion about how to integrate your college-planning services into your existing processes and business model.

It can serve as a checklist to ensure that you are covering all the bases and not missing important steps in the process - from prospecting through implementation of client game plan.
2) Prospect Questionnaire and Scoring Key for Marketing Client Care Center Services
In order to provide you with a simple, systematic and effective process to sell - and make money on - the Client Care Center services, we developed a Prospect Questionnaire and Advisor Scoring Key. The short questionnaire is a distillation of 15+ years of experience of the Director Stuart Siegel interacting with thousands of families and diagnosing their situation to determine if they would benefit from one of the service levels.
Here is the process:
- Administer the questionnaire as part of the data collection process for high school jr/sr.
- Score the questionnaire with the Advisor Scoring Key. The score determines the likelihood that the family will be interested and benefit from a particular service level.
- Based on the score, schedule a brief phone consultation between the prospect and Stuart Siegel.
- In all likelihood, Stuart will close the deal for you.
