New Family Park Playdate

The Bancroft PFC invites you to a New Family Playdate at Arbolado Park.
New students  can meet new friends as they're introduced to future classmates. Current Bancroft parents will be on hand to answer questions about life at Bancroft. Join us for a fun morning, and together we'll look forward to the first day of school!
Look for a table with a Bancroft PFC sign. Put Saturday August 20th, 10-noon on your calendar as well; it will be our second new family park playdate. Come to one or come to both!

The calendar has been set for next year's events!
The first few are: 
Packet Pick Up - Aug 4-15. Please stop by the office during this time to pick up your child's packet of information, some of which will need to be completed for Bobcat Info Day.
Bobcat Info Day - Tuesday, Aug 16, 2-7pm. Come learn more about various programs at Bancroft, return important forms for the office and the PFC, contribute to the Dollar-A-Day fund, get your child's classroom assignment, and more. Kindergarten Back to School Night - Thursday, Aug 18, 5-6pm. Back to School nights are for parents and guardians only. Kindergarten Preview Day- Friday, Aug 19, 10-11am for morning Kinders and 1-2pm for afternoon Kinders. Bring your incoming Kindergartener to visit their new classroom. Come at any time during the hour.
New Family Park Playdate - Saturday, Aug 20, 10-noon at Arbolado Park
First Day of School - Monday, Aug 22
Back to School Night - Thursday, Aug 25. Back to School nights are for parents and guardians only.
5:30-7pm Grades 1-2
6:30-8pm Grades 3-5
PFC Meeting - Tuesday, Sept 13, 7-9pm. Please mark your calendars for the second tuesday of every month for our PFC meetings. We look forward to your participation.
Family Ice Cream Social: Friday 9/16, 6-7pm

Bobcat Welcome Back Cafe

|
Please join us for our first-day-of-school tradition, Back to School Coffee on August 22, 2016 at 8:01 am, and a Back to School Tea at 11:16 am for afternoon kindergarten families.
After you take your first-day-of-school pictures (and the teachers ask you to leave), please come join us for some coffee, tea and treats.
It is a special event for parents to meet and reconnect as we begin the new school year. We hope to see you there!

School Supply Lists

 Find your child(ren)'s school supply list(s) on the PFC website. These supplies will be given to your child's teacher on the first day of school. Participation is not mandatory, but it is requested. Thank you!!

Introducing Konstella - the online directory app!
| |
|
 At Bobcat Info Day on August 16th, after you find out your child's teacher, you will be asked to take just a couple minutes to register on Konstella. Konstella will replace the paper directory this year and will provide a lot of additional functionality. We are really looking forward to this improvement! Thank you for your help in the transition.
