Don't miss your chance for an early preview of the upcoming season. We have a new League and Events. Interested in New England Cup or Match Play? Be one of the first to receive the details for this season. There will be new vendors and a few more prizes on the prize table.
This is also your chance to clean out your closets. Bring gently used clubs and bags or new shoes, gloves, or golf balls. Our designated Charity for the 2014 season is First Tee of Massachusetts. Let's help them move forward in their goal to introduce golf to the next generation.

LEAGUES / EDUCATION
We have our first education event scheduled for March 26th at MGH Sports Performance Center in Foxboro. It has been a long winter, a quick review of your swing and body mechanics could mean a great start to the season.
**** New League ****
For the 2014 season we added one new league at Butter Brook in Westborough on Wednesday evenings. Additional information will be available at Kickoff.
**** League Registration ****
After this cold and brisk winter, we are sure that you are eager to begin signups for the 2014 season. Mark your calendars, League Registration will open on March 30th at 6:00 PM!

DEIRDRE PARLON
Here are some fun facts about our new Member Recruitment Director, Deirdre Parlon:
- Has been a member of the EWGA since 2009
- Joined because she was recruited by a dear friend who has been a member since 1996
- Plays in the Robert T. Lynch League and is Co-Coordinator
- Owner/Founder of Black Oak Staffing Solutions - B.O.S.S. (www.blackoakstaffingsolutions.com) and has been in Staffing/Recruiting industry for over 19 years
- Started playing golf at Charles River Country Club in Newton & is the youngest of 9 kids
- At home: Lives in W. Roxbury with her husband, Tom and two children Dottie & Zach. Enjoys swimming, traveling, skiing and family time.
- About her experience with EWGA: "We have a wonderful group on Tuesday's evenings and I continue to learn new and terrific benefits this league offers, by being involved. I am looking forward to growing our Chapter and encourage each member to invite a friend to join. I am excited to improve our social media!"
