Irving, Texas, January 29, 2014 -- Today, The Aidmatrix Foundation, Inc. announced that its board of directors elected career-technology executive and long-standing board member Mark Theilken, to succeed Gov. Scott McCallum, as its new CEO and President. Mr. Theilken will assume the duties effective immediately and will also remain on the organization's board of directors.
Mark Theilken has been a member of Aidmatrix' board of directors since 2012 and has more than 30 years experience in the high-tech industry in sales, marketing, and general management. He spent more than 22 years in executive positions at IBM in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific. He also served on the senior management team at Acxiom, as president and CEO of Fuego, and as senior vice president and president of sales solutions with Dendrite International. Most recently, he served as an independent consultant with Critical Path Strategies. He has advised the boards and executive teams of several start-up companies and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois.

Gov. McCallum will stay on through the end of the month to complete the transition.
