Sales Huddle:  Agree or disagree? Researcher Jane Halpert found that charismatic leaders have the following dimensions on people: referent power (ability to influence based on one's desirable traits), expert power (influence due to knowledge), and job involvement (getting members excited about their work). I submit that sales charisma is similar, except job involvement should be "engagement", or how involved the customer is with the sales process. Your thoughts?
