Carnegie hired Hill to discover and publish the formula for success. But, you may not know that Napoleon got the job because of one of the success factors he discovered. You see, during his interview with Hill, Carnegie secretly held a stopwatch and gave Hill only 60 seconds to accept or reject the job opportunity. Hill did it in 32 seconds. He got the job, catapulting him out of poverty. The moral? Be decisive.
