Don Harlson - Manager of Training Development
Don Harlson has joined the team as the Manager of Training Development. Don previously worked for Crane Tech between 2000 and 2007 where he served as crane inspector and trainer. Don's has 34 years of experience in the material handling industry and his background includes working for a crane manufacturer, Maritime Surveyor, and as a lift planner for Bigge Crane. Don's primary role is developing specialized training curriculum and managing course revisions, training manual updates and test updates, to ensure Crane Tech remains on the forefront of the crane industry. Katie Mackey - Marketing Manager
The role of Marketing Manager has been filled by Katie Mackey. Katie brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and customer service to the team from several business-to-business niche markets. Her specialized experience in branding, communications and project management will help to strengthen Crane Tech's marketing of its unique services across the world. Lorena Corona - Office Assistant
Lorena Corona has started as the company's Office Assistant and will be responsible for providing support on Crane Tech's document control systems, training manual production and shipping, as well as Crane Tech's product orders. Lorena is bilingual and will providing support to our Spanish speaking clients as we continue to expand to meet client needs. You will have the opportunity to speak to Lorena on the phone when calling the Crane Tech offices. Make sure you say Hola or Hello next time you call!

Crane Tech has immediate openings for persons of high ethics, who are willing to contribute in a team effort and provide our clients the highest quality services available in our field.
In support of our clients, only applicants with major experience in the material handling field will be considered. Applicants must be prepared for a rigorous multi-day interview process (at Crane Tech's expense) where you will demonstrate knowledge and skill at our training centers. The ability to articulate training topics and the willingness to provide programs in a manner that's proven successful are critical to success with our company. Instructors will travel extensively throughout the continental US and there is no relocation required. Crane Tech only employs full time staff and will not consider contract trainers. All travel expenses incurred in the performance of Crane Tech functions are paid and trainers are issued a company credit card for these purposes. Applicants must have mobile crane NCCCO certification.
