OSHA means business - Top 10 OSHA 1926 Subpart CC Citations:

When OSHA finalized the new construction rule the department defined a 4-year Transition Period for operator certification (§1926.1430), but only a 90-day transition period for crane operators, riggers and signal persons to be qualified by training that meets the rule.

Programs listed were developed to meet the new rule.

2. 1926.1425(c)(3) -
Materials not rigged by qualified Rigger
3. 1926-1428(a)(3) -
No documentation for the Signal Person
4. 1926.1412(f)(1) -
No annual inspections performed by a qualified person

No determination for working radius closer than 20 feet to a power line

The objectives of the Qualified Signal Person training course is to ensure that each signal person is in compliance with the requirements of Federal OSHA §1926 Subpart CC as a
"Qualified Signal Person".

Mobile Crane Operator

Mobile Crane Operator Training is designed for operators, safety personnel and supervisors of all types of Mobile Cranes.  Training thoroughly covers cranes regulated by OSHA, MSHA, API and ASME B30.5.  You will learn critical elements that include; operational characteristics, load charts, proper set-up, use of jibs and extensions, load indicating devices, crane stability, structural competence, pre-use inspections, hazard awareness, power line hazards, operator responsibilities, job planning, with extensive workshop interaction.
