Remodeled Homes Tour 2014
 Come see two of our projects on the Remodeled Homes Tour. On October 18th and 19th from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. At 3322 E Terrace Street 98122 you will see a whole house remodel with new kitchen, three bathrooms, master bathroom and basement. 
At 2016 E Republican find a fresh modern master bathroom with conveniences including heated floors and a steam shower. The 2014 Remodeled Homes Tour will showcase 14 homes professionally remodeled by members of the Remodelers Council of Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.

Employee Spotlight:
Gunnar Tait - Lead Carpenter
Gunnar is a local - he grew up in Redmond, Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Geography. He was Head Equipment Manager for 6 seasons for UW football and interestingly that position indirectly led to his being a lead here at Gaspar's. He got into the trade by installing synthetic turf for the largest firm in the Northwest and learned how to project manage at that position. He went on to work with a buddy as a helper for his contracting business and eventually started his own remodeling contracting business. Gunnar has been in the construction field for 1 10 yrs. He loves it because he enjoys seeing things come together from start to finish. He likes to create!
In his spare time he hangs out with his 3 kids (22 months, 6 yrs and 8 yrs) and wife Susan. His daughter is the youngest and he has two sons. He says that he plays hockey and basketball once a week to be able to keep up with his kids and also coaches their hockey teams. His boys also play soccer and basketball. What an athletic family!
