Board of Regents Approves Natalya Delcoure as New Dean of College of Business Administration By Julie Navejar
Dr. Natalya Delcoure has been working at Texas A&M University-Kingsville for about a month now as interim dean of the College of Business Administration. However, the Board of Regents of the Texas A&M University System officially named her dean at their meeting Friday, Aug. 9. Delcoure has wasted no time looking over the college and determining her two main goals. She will work toward getting the college accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and she will implement a redesigned curriculum for the bachelor's degree program in business administration. Dr. Carol Sullivan Joins the CBA as Chair of Accounting and Finance The College of Business Administration is proud to welcome Dr. Carol Sullivan as Chair of Accounting and Finance. Sullivan comes from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, her hometown. A true Aggie, she earned all of her degrees (BBA-Accounting, MS- Business Computing Science, and Ph.D.- Accounting) from Texas A&M University. Read more.

Lecturer Harmeet Singh Takes the CBA Research Spotlight College of Business Administration faculty members are either professors or lecturers. Lecturer duties are primarily tied to teaching assigned courses. Sometimes they are also active in service activities, such as being an advisor to a student organization. Given that research is not part of their duties, or expectations, lecturers seldom author published research. Read more.

CBA Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity Wins "Most Improved Chapter" Award Zeta Nu Chapter of the Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity-CBA was presented an award at the 49th Grand Chapter Congress in Seattle, WA on August 8, 2013. The award was for the "Most Improved Chapter" in the Gulf Western Region, which is presented on an annual basis to the collegiate chapter of Delta Sigma Pi that exhibits the greatest degree of improvement in its general operations, professional programs, and membership support, as compared to the prior academic year. The CBA is very proud of our student's enthusiasm in this fraternity. Congratulations to the Delta Sigs on a job well-done!
