Gratitude Box
These newsletters include a sidebar to cultivate the practice of gratefulness: for writing, for the natural world, and for all the gifts of Life.

I am healthy of body, mind, spirit & emotion. I have so much within me to give to the world & I am learning how to do so. For these things which have been given to me in abundance, I freely offer myself with gratitude & compassion in service to others: I will anonymously perform random kindnesses for strangers each day this holiday season.

Practice:

Sharing Gratitude

Give of yourself, your effort, your gifts and talents this holiday season. Write down an intention for sharing the beauty of your life. The intention is a short, simple sentence that describes a particular action you will take that will benefit somebody else.

*Be specific about what you will do.

*Be clear about on whose behalf you will  act.

*Be committed to taking action within a particular time frame.

And...enjoy the bounty that is returned to you; this is the cycle of gratitude.

Greetings!

Greetings!

I want to wish you a very beautiful winter solstice and season of holy days.

This year has been a bountiful one for TEALarbor stories and for me, personally. You have helped to make this happen, and for you - I am grateful.

Thank you for taking the time to read these newsletters, to attend workshops, to avail yourself of the services I provide, to make referrals and offer recommendations, to "like" the Facebook business page, to connect with me professionally, to send private notes of encouragement, and to give support in all the small and large ways that you have. Each of these offerings is incredibly significant to the growth and maturity of TEALarbor stories

May this wintry time bless you with the kindness of loved ones; the coziness of peace, quiet, and rest; the abundance of all of nature's gifts; and perhaps even a few moments to explore these in writing.

With deep gratitude,

Jennifer Wilhoit
