Dear Friends,

This holy week, we invite you to join us as together we follow Jesus from Jerusalem to Calvary, from applause and acclamation through betrayal and death, to new life. We are invited to be a companion on the way - to open our spirits to the meaning and purpose of the last days of Jesus' earthly life.

As is often the case in our spiritual lives, it is more about the journey than the destination. Where do you find yourself this week? What does it mean for you to walk with Jesus? How might God speak to you in the rituals, words and events of this week we call holy in our tradition?

Thursday at 7:30 pm, we invite you to join our observance of Jesus' last supper with the disciples. With images of the traditional Seder meal and time for quiet reflection, we will remember those precious last moments with his friends, ending with the traditional 'stripping of the church' in preparation for Good Friday. On Friday at 7:30 pm we walk through the shadows of betrayal that end in Jesus' crucifixion. With its tolling of the gong and ending of quiet darkness, this is a powerful and evocative service. Saturday night at 7:30 pm, you can join members of the wider Denver Presbytery as we keep vigil and wait for the light to return. And on Easter Sunday we will come together at 9 and 11 am with the Easter Tea and Craft Fair for children in between to celebrate God's promises to us in the Risen Christ.

Coming to one or more of these services during the week can deepen and enrich the meaning of Easter morning and we hope you can join us. There is childcare available for both Thursday and Friday. May this week deepen your faith and sustain your spirit.

Blessings,

Cindy, Ian and Tilman
