You will hire a real estate agent guide you in each step of the home buying/selling process, to assure the contract and negotiation components are handled to your specifications, and to protect your interests.
A mortgage loan advisor will pre-qualify you for the right home loan. An inspector will assure the home selected is structurally sound and within applicable codes. And a title agent will assure the house you selected, inspected and financed is cleared from all other claims and liens.
