Time for Spring Cleaning with EBTH!

Wondering what to do with that "stuff" in your attic and garage you've been vowing to clean out for years?

Join us as we team up with Everything but the House (EBTH) to give you some helpful tips on how to not only "clean out" but also "cash in".

Join EmpowerU and get acquainted with Everything But The House. Learn why it is one of Cincinnati's fastest growing companies and a unique American success story. Hear why EBTH is revolutionizing the way property liquidation is being handled and how they can make money to put in your pocket!

EBTH representative, Tricia Salem Lapp, will demystify how to downsize property that is keeping you from breathing. During this presentation, she will talk about decluttering everything from the kitchen cabinet vintage, Pyrex to the beautiful fire engine red Porsche in the garage that's no longer your style.

Whether you're relocating, downsizing, decluttering or dealing with the estate of a loved one, this session is for you!

Biography
Following a different path than her five finance and business minded siblings, Tricia Salem Lapp, decided to nurture her love of the arts and creativity by obtaining a degree in Art History from Wittenberg University. Fortunate enough to have worked her professional career in various art related industries, Tricia has past work experience with Art Design Consultants as an art consultant, has held various positions in conjunction with art galleries, worked in Finance and Business Development for the Cincinnati Art Museums as well as various business and creative positions with auction houses. Her love of the art world took her to Chicago where she worked for Leslie Handyman Auctioneers in the Estate & Appraisals division of the company, as well as utilizing her creativity to aid with even planning.

She is currently furthering her love of the auction world and utilizing her strengths in sales and working with people to help clients liquidate their property at EBTH as a Relationship Manager in Cincinnati. Tricia feels blessed to be continuing her career in the art industry, as well as being surrounded by colleagues in one of the most positive and thriving work environments.
