Lost and Found

Several items of jewelry have been found and returned to the office.  Please contact the office 908-766-2282 or office@sjotm.org if you're missing something.

2014 Stewardship

As of January 21st, we have 117 pledges for $353,425.  Our goal is to increase participation from last year and reach a total of $362,000 for 2014.  If you have any questions about Stewardship, please contact Chip Baird or Bob Courtemanche.

If you haven't already done so, please return your 2014 Pledge Card, as the Vestry needs them to make their budget decisions for the upcoming year.  Click here to read the 2014 Stewardship Letter.  Extra pledge cards can be found in the narthex or click here to download or email the office to have one sent to you.

You can also donate Stocks to SJOTM. We would be happy to accept stock donations for 2014 as form of  pledge payment. The tax advantages of giving stock, instead of cash, to church can make doing so very worthwhile.  To learn more, please contact Lisa Keenan in the office at 908-766-2282 ext 13 or by email at L.Keenan@SJOTM.org.

Pre-Convention Hearings 2014

All are invited to attend a pre-convention meeting from 7-9 pm at one of the locations listed below.  The hearings offer a time for clergy and lay deputies to ask questions and discuss issues that are presented at convention.  An agenda is followed with representation from several committees; namely, the Finance and Budget, Resolutions, and Constitution and Canons Committees. Clergy, Lay Deputies, and Alternates should make a special effort to attend one of these sessions.

The schedule of pre-convention hearings is as follows:

  • January 27 - Grace Church, Haddonfield
  • January 29 - St. John's Church, Somerville
  • February 5 - Christ Church, Toms River
  • February 6 - Trinity Church, Asbury Park
