We know the same workouts can get boring and stale after some time.  Your muscles (and your brain) enjoy variety and function better when exposed to it.  To add some spice and incentive to your workouts, we've added lots of new classes to the agenda beginning this fall at all our club locations.

Matt's Madness Mix!!!

Total Body Sculpting
(Surfside Location)

When:  Mon / Wed / Fri 10:00 AM

Tues / Thurs 7:00 PM
Duration:  1 hour

Combines resistance and cardiovascular training designed to build lean muscle and burn fat.
Uses both free weights and body weight.

Core Blast
(Surfside Location)

When: Mon / Wed / Fri  11:00 AM
Tues / Thurs 8:00 PM
Duration:  30 min

A strong core is essential to a healthy physique.  This class uses a variety of exercises to strengthen upper and lower abs, obliques and lower back.  Mostly body weight with occasional weight training incorporated.

Cost:  $5 members / $8 non-members

Payton's Potent Boot Camp
(Carolina Forest Location)

When:  Tuesdays
9:30 AM


Thursdays 5:30 PM

Duration:  45 minutes
to 1 hour


Takes place outside the club.  Incorporates Plyometrics and Cardio (no weights).  Intensifies lean muscle and boosts endurance.

Cost: $5 members / $10 non-members

Darryl's Dynamic Boot Camp

$8 walk-in per class

Halloween Zumba 
(Surfside Location)

When:  Monday,
Oct. 29th at 9:00 AM

Cost:  $5 per individual

Marissa's annual Halloween twist on Zumba!  Dance to spooky music, bring some healthy snacks and have fun!
Even better: we encourage you to dress up in costume!!  Best costume will win an American Fitness $50 Gift Card to use for any service, dues or proshop item.

Zade's Zealous Boot Camp
(Surfside Location)

When:  Begins
Nov. 13th

Tues / Thurs at
8:00 AM

Duration:  One hour
(5-Week Session)

Cost:  $50.00
Class size limited to 20

Beginner to advanced levels welcome.  30 minutes of strength and cardio, 10 minutes of Ab-blasting and 20 minutes of stretching.
Zade will help you work through weaknesses and injuries by adjusting exercises to your level.

Zade's Boot Camp Protein Shake

Here's a recipe Zade created to help you not skip breakfast in the morning!  Instead of a carb or fat laden meal (or worse, skipping altogether), choose protein instead!  Other than eggs or lean protein, try this delicious protein shake!  Mix it up and place in the freezer until you're ready to go!

Banana Chocolate Cheesecake Delight!

1 scoop Super Advanced Chocolate Protein
8 to 10 oz Silk (or milk of your preference)
1/2 banana
1 tsp cheesecake pudding mix
3-4 ice cubes

Want to get fancy?  Add different frozen fruit pieces or your favorite sugar free pudding mix for other variations.  Blend until happy!

Small Group Personal Training

Train at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training.  Join (or form) a group of 3 to 5 people and train 3 times a week!

If you've reached a plateau in your routine, need accountability and motivation, but can't afford individualized training, then consider group personal training.  Members and Non-Members welcome.
