November Member Perk - Capital Crossroads The Greater Des Moines Partnership has helped launch the Capital Crossroads Regional Vision Plan. Capital Crossroads builds on the region's strengths and provides a road map to capitalize on opportunities. The focus is on ideas and energy, and ways to prep for current and future generations. Numerous organizations and individuals have had input through various avenues to determine the focus of the Plan. Implementation workgroups continue to implement the ideas and strategies outlined in the plan to help take the metro to the next level in all facets.
