Tennessee Senior Olympics

Golf Championship 2016

June 13 and 14, 2016

The Crag Course at Heatherhurst Golf Club

Time: 8am shotgun start

Format: 36 hole tournament/scratch. Golfers are divided into five year age groups 50-54, 55-59. 60-64 etc.

Inclement Weather: Unless the weather is very threatening with lightning or torrential downpours we plan to play. Please call the course at 931-484-3799 to check for changes in the event of this type of weather.

Awards: Medals will be awarded to first, second, and third place winners in each age group.

Nationals: First place finishers and those who shoot a minimum performance score will qualify for the 2017 National Senior Olympics slated for June 2017 in Birmingham, AL. The minimum performance score is calculated on an 18 -hole round. Therefore, either day of play may count toward this score.

Dress Code: Collared shirt

Tees: The course had to meet certain slope and yardage requirements for Nationals.

Practice Rounds: Advance tee times must be made through Central Tee Times. Tee times may be made up to 5 days in advance by calling (931) 484-3729 or (800) 624-8755.

Registration: You may check-in at the following times for the tournament:

Party/Activities: Some of you signed up for the Monday night party on June 27th for all athletes in Franklin, TN. We are sorry for the confusion.
