Chattanooga District Information

• In addition, entry forms will be mailed to all 2013 Chattanooga district participants by the end of the week.              
• Entry forms must be mailed back. Online registration is not available.                                                   
• A confirmation receipt and detailed e-mail with additional district information will be e-mailed to you by February 10.  These will not be mailed.

     Chattanooga athletes, thank you for your patience during this transition period. As many of you know, major sponsor Alexian Brothers will not be co-hosting this district. Thus, a coordinator working on the event 20 hours a week was lost. We thank this organization for their many, many years of service.

     Chattanooga Parks and Recreation will be taking over. Although a coordinator within the department has not been assigned, their long time commitment and loyalty to our program has prompted them to forge ahead. A heartfelt thanks to Kelly Price for her willingness to handle planning, questions, and e-mails during this period. Please know that she has other full time job responsibilities as do other members of the Chattanooga Parks and Recreation team. They will get back to you with answers and strive to do the best that they can this year.

     For those athletes who were unable to participate in another district this past fall, this is your last opportunity to qualify for the upcoming 2015 State Finals scheduled for June 19-25, 2015 in Williamson County, TN.   

     The focus this year will be on hosting sports events. An opening ceremony and other social events will hopefully return in the future.

     If your sport is not listed on the schedule it is considered an "open" sport for our state finals in June.  You may register directly for state.  Track and Field and Golf will be attempted.  If the weather does not cooperate alternate plans will be announced.
