Dear Senior Golfer,

Congratulations on registering for the Tennessee Senior Olympics State Finals. Our golf event this year is scheduled for April 1-2, 2014 in Old Hickory, Tennessee. We have 93 golfers registered.

2014 Golf Foursomes DRAFT

We will finalize it when we are confident that all golfers are in the correct age group. Age is calculated as of December 31, 2014.

If you find a mistake in age please e-mail us immediately at tnsrgames@charter.net. We prefer changes by e-mail as to have a record in writing. If you do not have access to e-mail you may also call our office at (615) 200-8760.

All corrections must be received by Monday, March 24th.

Golf Tournament Information

Where:	Hermitage Golf Course
Course:	General's Retreat
Dates:	Tuesday, April 1 and Wednesday April 2, 2014
Time:	8am shotgun start
Registration:	Set up at 7:00am on April 1st at the course. Check-in and get your shirt etc. The driving range will be open.
Location:	3939 Old Hickory Blvd., Old Hickory TN 37076 (see directions below)
Lunch:	Boxed lunch provided each day
Golf Dinner:	Golf Dinner: Tuesday, April 1, 6:30pm at the course. Dinner, pictures from the day, door prizes, and entertainment provided by Allie Chambers, a young and talented singer/songwriter. $8 athletes/ $12 guests(please reserve by March 24th by writing tnsrgames@charter.net. A limited number of $12 tickets will be available at registration.
Format:	2 day 36 hole tournament/scratch
Tees:	Women and Men 85 and up: Orange Tees Men 70-84: green tees; Men 50-69: white tees Note 70-74 men is a change from a previous email due to feedback
Nationals:	Nationals Information: This is a qualifying tournament for the 2015 Nationals. All first place golfers in their age group qualify. All golfers who shoot a minimum performance score on 18 holes (either day) qualify. Click here for the minimum performance chart: Please look under the proper column for slope to determine score. Practice Rounds:	For practice times please call 615-847-4001 or you can book online at http://hermitagegolf.com/
Inclement Weather:	Unless the weather is very threatening with lightning or torrential downpours we plan to play. Please call the course at 615- 847-4001 to check for changes in the event of this type of weather.

Coming from DOWNTOWN Nashville OR COMING FROM THE WEST

Take I-40 East toward Knoxville

At exit 221A, take ramp right for TN-45 North - Old Hickory Blvd. toward The Hermitage

Bear onto TN-45 N / Old Hickory Blvd

Stay on Old Hickory Blvd for approximately 4.5 miles.

Turn left into the Hermitage Golf Course

The road into the Hermitage is named Montchanin.

COMING FROM MT JULIET AND FARTHER EAST

Take I-40 WEST and exit at 221B- Old Hickory Blvd.

Turn right onto Old Hickory Blvd.

Stay on Old Hickory Blvd for approximately 4.5 miles.

Turn left into the Hermitage Golf Course
