If this is not the case, please click below for the entry forms. 2013 State Finals Athlete Information Brochure 2013 State Finals Entry Registration Form
You have two options for registering:
Online registration: Online registration is available at www.tnseniorolympicsonline.com In an effort to make Online Registration proceed smoothly, PLEASE have the following information on hand. - A MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card.
- Doubles players will need your doubles partner's name and date of birth.
- Team captains must have names and ages of players ready.
OR via mail : Mail the entry form insert and check to the address listed on the entry form. Team captains please note: Teams will not be officially registered without either an online or paper roster. We expect over 100 teams between the 3 team sports and it is very confusing for the staff to make sure all teams are in the proper age group and sport without a roster. Thanks so much for helping us out on all of these matters. Copy of roster: Team Roster Form Team Captains Letter

Age of Champions tells the story of five competitors who sprint, leap, and swim for gold at the National Senior Olympics. You'll meet a 100-year-old tennis champion, 86-year-old pole vaulter, and hard-hitting grandmothers who triumph over the limitations of age.
The filmmakers have partnered with organizations including the National Institute on Aging, Osher Center, and President's Council on Fitness to share the entire documentary for free during the film's national online premiere, April 18 - 28, 2013.
The Washington Post called the film "infectiously inspiring" and theater audiences across the country have fallen in love with its light-hearted take on growing older.
Invite your family, friends, and colleagues to watch the film for free by forwarding this email, posting on Twitter, and sharing the link on Facebook.

She was a five-sport letter winner in high school; part of three state championship volleyball teams and chosen all-state in 1973. She played tennis, basketball and volleyball at University of North Alabama, helping the Lions win the Alabama AIAW title in 1975. Nancy helped the Ole Miss volleyball team to national tournaments in '77 and '78, serving as co-captain both years. Congratulations Nancy!
