You have two options for registering: Register Online

Online registration:

Online registration is available at www.tnseniorolympicsonline.com

In an effort to make Online Registration proceed smoothly, PLEASE have the following information on hand.

  1. A MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card.
  2. Doubles players will need your doubles partner's name and date of birth.
  3. Team captains must have names and ages of players ready.

OR via mail :

Mail the entry form insert and check to the address listed on the entry form.

Team Captains

Please note the following.  You also have two options for registering:

  1. Online registration: Each team member must completely register with name, address, date of birth, payment etc. or you may do this for them. If you do allow players to go in and register for themselves please make them aware of your exact team name. There is a drop down box that can be clicked which lists all past team names.  There is also a text box but only type in a team name if it is a NEW name. You as captain need to click the "I am captain" button when registering. An online roster will come up and you will need to record the names and ages of your players. Your team will not be officially registered without a roster.

 2. OR Via mail : Team captains need to mail all team members' entry forms in together along with a roster. Please do not allow your teammates to mail their form separately. In most cases, the team name is either missing or a wrong team name is submitted. If a team member is submitting their roster with another team, you may indicate this by placing a check mark in the appropriate column on the roster.  Your team will not be entered into our system until a roster is received.

Again, teams will not be officially registered without either an online or paper roster. We expect over 100 teams between the 3 team sports and it is very confusing for the staff to make sure all teams are in the proper age group and sport without a roster. Thanks so much for helping us out on all of these matters.

Team rosters and entry forms must be submitted on time.  After the final deadline date , there will be an additional $100 fee per player (plus entry fee), to add players to the roster of a team that exceeds the minimum to take the floor/field plus one.

Absolutely NO new players regardless of circumstances may be added 10 days prior to the start of the Games.
