If you participated in the state finals last year an entry form will automatically be mailed to you on Friday, March 15, 2013. If this is not the case, please click below for the entry forms.

2013 State Finals Entry Registration Form 

You have two options for registering:

Online registration:

Online registration is available at www.tnseniorolympicsonline.com 

In an effort to make Online Registration proceed smoothly, PLEASE have the following information on hand.

1. A MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card.
2. Doubles players will need your doubles partner's name and date of birth.
3. Team captains must have names and ages of players ready.

OR via mail :

Mail the entry form insert and check to the address listed on the entry form.

Team captains please note: Teams will not be officially registered without either an online or paper roster. We expect over 100 teams between the 3 team sports and it is very confusing for the staff to make sure all teams are in the proper age group and sport without a roster. Thanks so much for helping us out on all of these matters.
