In connection with our collaborative LGBT Life Planning Clinic,  LeGaL & the LGBT Law Project are pleased to present this complimentary CLE for attorneys and law students interested in volunteering for our clinic or learning more about this important area of the law.

The program will focus on equipping attendees with the tools needed to draft wills for LGBTQ community members of modest means, discuss special considerations for effectively advising such individuals, and, among other topics, detail the proper procedures for executing wills.
