Greetings!
It's hard to believe we are half way through 2013! Many of us have set personal and professional goals and hopefully are giving ourselves our semi-annual performance appraisal. Tipping my hat to my HR and PI background, we might use a variety of methods to assess our goal achievement status.
Just for Today, ask yourself:
On a scale of 1-5, am I at least meeting my own expectations?
In what areas of my personal dashboard am I red, yellow, or green?
What have I accomplished that has exceeded my expectations?
What goal results are not meeting expectations and need additional resources?
Best wishes in establishing your goals and reaching your defined "someplace!"
