THE CARNIVAL IS COMING!!!!!!

Mark your calendar to join us at the PFA CARNIVAL on Friday, May 1st from 4-7:30 p.m. at Vision Charter School! The PFA will be putting on an old fashioned carnival as a fundraiser to build the track. Tickets will be sold for $ .25 or $2 for 10 tickets. Featured activities include the Bounce House, Obstacle Course, Carnival Swings, Fear Factor, football toss, the Strong Man, train, stilt walkers, face painting, tattoos, lots of game booths, cake walk, cake auction, lots of food, and a live auction! Prizes include two kindle fires, trip to Lagoon, trip to McCall, Stampede Tickets, Steelhead tickets, auto detail package, quilts, prom package, Luke Bryan Package, patio set, and lots more!

 

Do not miss out on an opportunity to DUNK your favorite teacher, staff member, or administrator during the evening!!! We have two dunk tanks going all evening filled with volunteer staff members! This promises to be a big HIT! J

 

The middle and high school robotics teams will have their bots on display from 4-6 in the library. You are invited to find out more about robotics and upcoming robotics camps in addition to allowing your child to control a Sumo Bot!

 

The PFA will be selling a variety of food during the event so come out and have dinner and snacks with your family and friends!

 

Parents and students will be able to stop in the classrooms to see the science fair projects from 4-6 p.m. and the carnival activities and food will be going from 4-7:30 p.m. continuously. I hope you will all plan on coming to this wonderful whole family evening.

April 28: Engineering class field trip to Micron from 8:30 a.m. until noon.

April 30: MS Festival concert 7 p.m. on the VCS stage

May 1: Progress Reports will be sent home

May 1: K-12th grade Science Expo 4-6, All school Carnival, food, & auction 4-7:30

May 7th: Secondary Talent Show starts at 6pm, HS lettering ceremony at intermission, and Senior Awards starts around 7 in the VCS gym.

May 12: HS Pops concert and music awards  7 p.m. on the VCS stage

May 15: 4th and 5th grade field trip to Firebird Raceway leave campus at 10 return by 3.

May 18: RAD 7 p.m. on the VCS Stage

May 19: 6th grade spring concert and music awards at 7 p.m. on the VCS stage.

May 19: Last Day Seniors

May 20: RAD RALLY field trip for 4th and 5th grade students

May 21: K-6th grade Field day   12:00-2:50 details tbd 

May 22: Last Day Awards Schedule:  6th -8th grade awards from  8:20-9:15,

9th-11th grade awards from 9:25-10:25, sack lunch outside whole school from 10:30-11:10, 3rd-5th grade awards from 11:20- 12:10, Kindergarten-2nd grade awards from 12:20-1:30, early release at 1:40.

May 23: Graduation practice at 10 a.m. and the ceremony will start at 7 p.m. in the Nampa Civic Center auditorium. Idaho's first lady will be our guest speaker!
