Christmas is Coming! Have a Shopping / Date Night!

On November 30, the junior class will be offering a babysitting service from 5:30pm to 8:30pm for children ages 5 to 12, to give parents a chance to catch up on Christmas shopping, or go on that long-awaited date night.  We will have movies, popcorn, and games and there will be adults as well as students present.

We will only be accepting 35 children on a first-come first-serve basis, so be sure to sign your child up ASAP.  The cost per child is $10 and only $5 for each additional sibling.  If you have questions, or wish to sign your child up, please email Lane Riley at ldriley11@gmail.com by Thursday, Nov. 29th, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

HOLIDAY BAZAAR : SATURDAY DECEMBER 1, 2012 8-3

Vision Charter School Robotics Club will host the Second Annual VCS Craft Bazaar on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 8am - 3pm.  There will be a variety of vendors selling handmade jewelry, crafts, wreaths and goodies as well as a variety of independent consultants. Come pick up some great gifts for friends and family or treat yourself to something special! We'll even have a gift wrapping station!

BOOK FAIR: SATURDAY DECEMBER 1, 2012 8-3

Mrs. Wilkins will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair during the Bazaar!  Pick up the new Diary of a Wimpy Kid or any of the other great titles ranging from preschool to adult. There will be a wide variety and a great way to give the gift of reading!!!

ROLLER DROME VCS SKATE NIGHT ON DECEMBER 4th:

We had so much fun at the last skate night that 6th grade has scheduled another VCS SKATE NIGHT!! Mark your calendars and bring your family, friends, and neighbors to the Nampa Roller Drome on Tuesday, December 4th from 6 p.m. to 8p.m. The cost is $5 (extra $2 if you need to rent skates or roller blades.) Vision Charter School earns money back from each skater. What a fun way to earn money for VCS and support the all night 6th grade graduation party!

EARLY RELEASE CONTINUES ON WEDNESDAYS! K-12th grade students will be released every Wednesday one hour earlier than usual. Release time is 2:10 every Wednesday.

Friday, December 14th  - A PINK Christmas Benefit Concert starts at 5 p.m. at Valley Church in Caldwell.  The entrance fee is $10 a family or $2 a person. All funds will go to benefit Mr. George's wife's fight against cancer.

Tuesday, December 18 - All secondary school Christmas program at 7:00 p.m. at the Civic Center (6-12)

December 20th -January 4th NO SCHOOL, Winter Break
