We're Nearly Full!

We are gearing up for five exciting weeks of camp. Children from all walks of life come to Camp Arrowwood. Space is limited, but you can still sign up your son or daughter, grandchild, neighbor at

Please pray for safety and calm weather! Even more, please pray for open hearts, deeper faith, and changed lives!

ACSI Re-Accreditation

St. Andrew's School was first accredited by ACSI in 2006. On June 3rd, we were re-accredited for five years. Praise God! Thank you to all who helped!

St. Andrew's School Philosophy
Children are always learning. Therefore, we seek to provide an environment where everything they learn is true, where the truth is made believable, and where character development is our most important measure of success.

Thank you, Volunteers

Each year, volunteers of all ages invest their time and talent to improve the Ranch. Whether it was your first trip or 21st,
THANK YOU!
to all who have helped out in 2013!

Greetings!

At this time of year, the Ranch is buzzing with volunteers and preparation for camp. Some folks occasionally ask why we do so many things besides caring for the children who live in the homes at the Ranch. It's true, there is a lot going on at WVR - sheep and chickens, cattle and horses, aquaponics and radio, hundreds of volunteers and a dedicated staff. In the span of twelve months, the adults and animals outnumber the children. We believe that this is God's design.

Rather than saying it's all about the kids, I would say it's all about the Gospel! God has blessed us with the opportunity to present the Gospel in an environment that makes it believable to children and youth who have suffered tragedy and loss.

Thank you for your prayers and gifts that display His love for these children.

Enterprising Students

A select group of "investors" recently began a new venture at the Ranch-- Wears Valley Chicken Corporation.

It's only a corporation on paper, but the life lessons are real.

Young Men's Discipleship

Splitting wood, building fires, camping and first aid are a few of the real life skills that young men at the Ranch are learning. One group recently rebuilt a bridge for a neighbor who, years ago, helped build our barn. The young men also built cardboard canoes-- with very entertaining results!

Building bridges, canoes and memories are fun, but most of all we pray that these young men are building faith in Christ and joyful obedience to Him that will last a lifetime.
