Greetings!
This year has flown by. In a matter of days a new year will begin. To some, our calendar of the passage of time may seem artificial. But those who understand God's plan for history realize that time is moving toward a conclusion. Jesus came "in the fullness of time" (Galatians 4:4). Jesus is coming again!
This year, we have had several changes at the Ranch. New students and new staff have joined with those who have been here for years to create excitement as we celebrate the season. Best of all, for several of our students, this is the first Christmas where they actually know Jesus. That is what it is all about!
I hope you can tell that I am missing from the photograph above. It is the first time in 20 years that I have not been able to be here for our Ranch family Thanksgiving. Most weeks I am able to be on campus to do three of the morning devotionals. My responsibilities with the Billy Graham organization, however, made it necessary for me to miss our Thanksgiving celebration. Please pray for My Hope with Billy Graham and sign up to be a part of this national outreach. Meanwhile pray fervently for the Ranch family as our staff faithfully cares for the children. We need our biggest year-end ever! We can't give what we don't have. Please give what you can. On behalf of Jesus and His children, I thank you!
