For those flying with the group from New York aboard Delta Airlines, here again are your flight numbers and times.

(Note that both of these departure times have been slightly adjusted by the airlines recently.)
If you have yet to arrange for your flight into New York, please remember to give yourself plenty of time to transition from your domestic flight to the International flight in New York. Airline delays, weather, and other factors could play into your arrival in New York and we don't want to to miss the plane to Israel!
Keep in mind that domestic flights board 30-40 minutes before scheduled departure times. However, I'm told that our flight to Tel Aviv will begin boarding at least 90 minutes ahead of departure - or even more. Be aware that there is also a second security screening done at the gate before boarding.
We are asking that those flying with us as a group rendezvous at least two hours before departure outside the entrance area to our departure gate at JFK.
Our Take A Stand! Ministry Coordinator, Steve Malmquist, will be there to meet you, as will one of our two guides for the trip, Scott Volk. Steve will have information and name tags for you there.
We are going to ask that you make sure that your cell phone is on while at JFK before boarding in case we need to contact you. Here is Steve's cell number. Jot it down so that you can contact him if you are delayed or need help at the airport. Steve's number is: (253) 970-1694.
TICKETS...
Those flying with us can expect to receive your E-Ticket Number via email in the next few days. PLEASE watch your email for this.
IF YOU ARE MEETING US IN ISRAEL...
Those who've elected to meet us in Israel have two options.
1) Meet us in the area outside of International Arrivals at Ben Gurion Airport sometime just after 5:30pm (local time). We will be taking a coach into Tel Aviv together.
Your second option is this:
2) Meet us at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel in Tel Aviv where we'll be having dinner together, followed by a short orientation meeting and then staying the night.
Please note that you must be at the hotel before we depart on the morning of November 11.
