Healthy Lifestyle Solutions

Americans have jumped on to the healthy lifestyle bandwagon in droves. In an American Public Health Association survey, 85 percent of the population describe their lifestyle as somewhat or very healthy. As the APHA points out, healthy living is contagious. To catch the fever, start by making small changes in your daily life that will lead to big health benefits, including a lower risk of certain diseases and healthier aging.

4 easy things to make you feel better:
  1. Get a Check-up
  2. Eat more Fruits and Vegetables
  3. Exercise Most Days of the Week
  4. Reduce Stress

CIE Reception

Greetings!,

With the start of a new year comes the chance to create a fresh perspective.

In the words of Mark Twain, "The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret to getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks and then starting on the first one."

We are confident that 2013 will show measurable growth and success with our enterprises, and we thank you for your contributions to this success.

Thank you,

CIEDA Management

Happy Holidays

CIEDA's Employee
Holiday Party a HIT!

Employees of CIEDA and its enterprises came out in mass for a spectacular Holiday Party. We enjoyed a great meal, camaraderie, and an exciting raffle for an array of gifts.  It was truly a great time and we had some really big raffle items.  There were TV's, jewelry,  tools and electronics!  If you were not able to attend this year, be sure to make it to next year's party, as we hear it will be even bigger!  A big thank you to all those who worked so hard to make this party a success.
