SHORT CORNER TACKLE AT SURFSIDE MARINA
Short Corner Tackle has been providing reel service, repair, and spooling for a little over a year now, and opened up their new location in Surfside Marina last month. Located upstairs in the auxiliary building and owned and staffed by Troy and Kathy Day, they provide complete tackle services custom to your fishing needs, at competitive, not convenient prices. They provide full tackle service and repair for a variety of manufacturers, custom reel upgrades, spooling, wind-on leaders, and much more. If you want your reel to do more, or simply be customized for a specific type of fishing, they can help with that too. They carry products from Momoi, Diamond, Jerry Brown, Lindgren-Pitman, Spooled Up Sportfishing, Ocean Tackle International, Quickrig, Cortland, Izorline, Tiburon, Mustad, Smoothdrag, and various rigging supplies, and can special order for your boat from any of the brands they carry if they don't have it in stock. They are open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 to 6, Sunday from 12 to 4 and by appointment as needed.
