SNL Insurance Acquires iPartners LLC

SNL Insurance, a division of SNL, has acquired iPartners LLC, a SaaS pioneer providing business intelligence reporting solutions to Property & Casualty and Life Insurance companies for over 15 years.  This partnership now provides SNL Insurance clients with a robust internal reporting tool for the P&C and Life sectors, improving the way these clients collect, analyze and use internal data to grow operations and maximize efficiency.  iPartners currently services over 45 customers and processes over 25 million policies representing over $18 billion in premiums.  SNL Financial is a leading provider of financial information on more than 6,500 public companies and 50,000 private companies in the business sectors critical to the global economy. Sherman & Company served as financial advisor to iPartners.
