AF key Academic Foundation

Ever wonder how the Academic Foundation spends its money? Last month we approved purchases including a laptop, software, music stands and resources for the science department. What's in store for October? Find out by attending our meeting on October 14th at 9:15 am in the Cafeteria. Mr. Nelson reviews each grant in detail when presenting them to our membership.

Can't make it to our meetings? Approved grants are always posted on our website. While you're there, please consider joining if you haven't already done so. Now is the perfect time to join so that you can take advantage of the Triad Foundation's membership matching challenge! You can make a difference for students and teachers at Plant. As always, we thank you for your support.

PTSA Banner Logo PTSA Update
Thank you to everyone who has joined the PTSA. We are on our way to reaching our goal of 1000 memberships for this year, but we need your help to get there. We want to be the largest high school PTSA in Hillsborough County. Please help us accomplish this by visiting our website today to join.

Many thanks to Ginny Wilkinson who chaired our College Night last week and the volunteers that baked goods and served as ambassadors throughout the evening. It was a huge success. I would also like to thank Connie Mayts and the volunteers who worked Panther Prowl and donated baked goods. There were great treats for the students and an awesome photo backdrop with props for selfies. These two events are just part of the many activities that are supported by PTSA throughout the school year.
