Training Class in March

We still have openings for our Training class in March this year. The dates are March 5th and 6th. The training is a full day and a half of class room and hands on in the warehouse on V100, V200 and the D400. New Indicator Screw

The last change to note is on the indicator screw. The new one will be one piece instead of two. The reason why we mention this is because in any feedback kits that have switches you must use the screw provided in that feedback kit.

Range Spring

The change is to improve dimensional consistency of the parts. The change is also to reduce the possibility of the calibration drifting due to vibration by use of a spring clip that will provide constant tension to the span adjustment.

Greetings!

Happy 2013 to all of our customers from Valve Accessories and Controls!!

In this edition of the VACPAC Product News we want to make everyone aware of some changes that will be happening to the V200. There are several improvements that will make the V200 easier to work on as well as easier to manufacture. We want everyone to be aware of the changes.

We are looking forward to a very productive 2013.

Pneumatic Plate Change

We are changing the look and feel of the pneumatic plate. This will allow for easier installation and when removing this plate. The new design also aligns the screws better to reduce the possibility of cross threading the screws.

New Switch Cams

Another significant change to the V200 is the switch cams. The new design will provide more uniform tension between the cam and the shaft by use of a spring clip. The new cam will also allow for a stronger magnet to be used with our proximity switches for higher reliability.
