Each year, we advise our repeat renters to book early, and we're not about to stop! As temperatures rise and school lets out, you should add holiday planning to your summer schedule! Now is the best time to find the perfect luxury villa to spend the holidays!
We have a 7-night minimum for the Thanksgiving week of November 23-30 2013 (or any portion); the majority of our villas require 10 nights for the Christmas-New Year's season. A few have 14-night minimums, and a handful will accept only 7 nights, including The Ritz-Carlton Club Residences on St. Thomas.
The Christmas/New Year's season runs from December 14, 2013 to January 4, 2014.
