Greetings from the Auction Committee!
Drum roll please...Riverstone's online auction is officially live!
This year's online auction includes an array of interesting items to bid on -- all from the comfort of your home. You can bid while wearing your jammies and no one will know!
A few things to note:
- We will be adding new items continuously so check back often
- Buy-it-now pricing is included if you decide that you want to immediately scoop up that special item and claim it as your own
- Registration is easy
- When the auction closes, the winning bidder will be contacted by Kevin Richmond, Business Director, to make a payment and pick up the item
- 100% of the proceeds from the online auction benefit our school and students
Please forward this auction newsletter to friends and family so they can bid in our online auction too! Purchases made by bidders outside of the greater Boise area are responsible for shipping costs.

The online auction will be open for bidding on Tuesday, February 3 at 6:00 PM and will close on Thursday, February 19 at 9:00 PM.

 Dessert Auction
One of the sweetest parts of the auction is the dessert auction. Beautiful desserts are displayed during the Silent Auction portion of the evening and bidders fiercely compete for their favorite dessert. The winning bidder's dessert will be delivered to their table and will be shared with the table.
We need desserts! If you would like to help, please sign up on the Community Opportunities page to:
- Donate a beautiful homemade dessert (tip: full-size cakes, unique specialty desserts typically fetch a higher bid than cupcakes or cookies)
- Donate $40 and the dessert committee will purchase a dessert from a local bakery on your behalf.

 Reserve Your Koenig Wine Magnum
Koenig magnums feature both class art and a Koenig Winery vintage, made from 100% Snake River Valley grown grapes. This winery's offerings consistently win awards and can be cellared for up to ten years.
The magnums are one-of-a-kind -- they feature the art created by Riverstone students which will be sold during the live auction on February 28.
The magnums will be ready for pick up at the school not long after spring break.
At $100 each, there are only 96 of these amazing keepsakes - first come first serve. 100% of the proceeds benefit Riverstone students!

 Project Baskets
Join or create a group of like minded individuals! Get together with one or more friends and share your talents - cooking, outing, gift basket, etc.
Some examples are
- Pesto basket (contains freshly made pesto, pasta, bread, pesto cookbook)
- Wellness basket
- Cookie or soups kits
- Lego basket
- Yoga basket
- Sleepover kit

Celebrate the school by sponsoring the auction! Sponsors receive ten tickets to the event, premium seating, and advertising privileges. The perks get better as you move up the sponsorship levels.
The amount that exceeds the cost of 10 tickets is tax deductible.

 Live Auction Sneak Preview
Authentic Puerto Rican and Mexican Dinner
Experience family traditions celebrated in Puerto Rico and Mexico with a dinner for 20 to be held at your home. Your evening will include cooking demonstrations, authentic music, and cultural tips.
All presented in Spanish by Seņora Moyett, parent and former RIS Preschool teacher, and parent Catalina Flores Gamino.
Recipes will be shared with joy. Please reserve three weeks in advance and redeem June to August 2015.
