Dear Riverstone Community,

 

Are you new to Riverstone and the whole idea of an auction? Not sure what to expect? Fear no more! For months, many dedicated volunteers have worked tirelessly to put together an amazing night of fun.  

 

And basically that is what our Auction is -- FUN -- with a purpose. The Auction is a night to mingle with fellow Riverstone families, admire fantastic artwork created by our students, and bid fiercely in our Silent, Dessert and Live Auctions. The proceeds benefit our school and most importantly, our students. 

 

Arrive at the start of the evening so you can spend time checking out and bidding on the Silent Auction and Dessert Auction items. After those auctions wrap up, everyone will make their way into dinner and the Live Auction portion of the evening. After the Live Auction is over, the dancing begins! 

 

Please do not worry if you do not know who to sit with! We have many interesting people who attend and our room parents often help arrange tables filled with other parents from your grade. If you do have specific people you would like to sit with, note that when you purchase your tickets. 

 

But the first step in all of this is to return your RSVP cards or purchase your tickets online. 

 

Come early, stay as late as you want. Dress in a tux or dress down. Just come! Have fun!

Do you have a hobby, profession, skill, or access to unique opportunities that you would be willing to share with kids, families, or adults? 

For example, please consider donating:

  • Themed dinners -- your home or home of the purchaser
  • Fly-fishing lessons
  • Desserts once a month for a year
  • Access to special seating at athletic or entertainment events

Celebrate the school by sponsoring the auction! Sponsors receive ten tickets to the event, premium seating, and advertising privileges. The perks get better as you move up the sponsorship levels. 

 

The amount that exceeds the cost of 10 tickets is tax deductible!
  • Diamond $5,000 
    Preferred seating for 10, grand finale dessert, full-page advertising and souvenirs
  • Sapphire $3,000 
    Preferred seating for 10, grand finale dessert, half-page advertising
  • Ruby $1,500 
    Preferred seating for 10, quarter-page advertising

Mark your calendars! February 2, 2015 marks the start of our online auction! Bid from wherever you happen to be against the entire Riverstone community and well beyond. The online auction will close on February 19 so once it's started, you don't want to dawdle.
