Mindful Leadership at Work: The Vision of Marc Lesser, Co-founder of Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute
How can we train the business world to practice mindful leadership? Seven years ago, executive coach and Zen teacher Marc Lesser teamed up with a Google engineer and Stanford neuroscientist to take on this challenging proposition for Google. They developed a ground-breaking curriculum to help thousands of employees at Google be more resilient, adaptive and happier leaders. The team eventually brought this curriculum to offices worldwide and developed the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) to support their work and mission. SIYLI is committed to the radical idea that work can not only be fun, enjoyable and a place to get things done, but also a place that creates the conditions for world peace. Join Host Kate Ebner and SIYLI co-founder and CEO Marc Lesser, author of Know Yourself, Forget Yourself, to learn the Google method of creating better leaders and inspiring a more peaceful world.
