Listen on Monday. An Institute is Born: Introducing the Institute for Transformational Leadership- A Vision Story
Sometimes a vision comes to life and inspires yet another vision. Join Host Kate Ebner and her guests, Lloyd Raines, Julie Shows, Alexander Caillet and Darcie Milazzo to hear the story of how the leadership coaching program at Georgetown University sparked the launch of the new Institute for Transformational Leadership. When founder Chris Wahl created a leading edge coaching program in 2000, she wanted to connect the power of the coaching conversation with the challenges of organizations and leaders. Today, the original program has graduated more than 1000 leadership coaches and inspired the creation of an institute whose mission is to provide transformational educational experiences to leaders worldwide. Discover how an idea becomes a vision, a vision becomes a plan and a plan moves into being. You'll be amazed at the power of this vision -- and the passion of the Georgetown faculty and staff who've brought it into being. Best of all, the new Institute offers something for you. Be inspired. Become inspiring. Missed the Live Show?

The Coach Entrepreneur web course wraps up
As November came to a close, so did the 8-part web course, The Coach Entrepreneur: Building Your Coaching Business. The course met every two weeks via webinar from August through November, providing a virtual classroom for coaches seeking to understand the ins and outs of setting up and building a thriving business. Instructors Mike McGinley, Kristi Hedges and Kate Ebner focused on teaching participants how to think like entrepreneurs even as they develop and create a business that is aligned with their values and passion. We focused on thinking and acting as smart business people as we did on how to build your brand and bring your offer to market. Participants created their own visions for their businesses in the last two classes. Feedback from participants has been very positive, and we are pleased that the course will be hosted by the Institute for Transformational Leadership beginning in January 2013. For more information, contact us at info@nebcompany.com or visit the Institute's website.
