Opportunity: Providers Needed for Women Vetrepreneurship Program
|
The WBDC is seeking child care providers who want to become partners in the new Women Vetreprenurship Program, a unique offering from the WBDC and the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs designed to assist women veterans with starting or expanding their own businesses.
The WBDC would like to partner with child care providers to offer temporary child care services to the program participants while they attend business training. Providers will be paid for all services.
- Do you have space available to provide child care services in the evenings while veterans attend business training and other program events?
- Are you licensed to provide child care services at other locations?
- Are you a licensed home day care provider and willing to provide temporary child care services?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please contact Aline Williams at 312.853.3477 x 410 or awilliams@wbdc.org for additional information.

TIPS
You may not love record keeping but.....
Keeping good records means big rewards!
The better your records, the lower your taxes
For every $10 of expenses you claim, you'll save $3-$4 in taxes
3 Key Rules of Record Keeping:
1. Save all receipts for expenses associated with your home
2. Record all meals and snacks served to the children
3. Track all hours you work in your home
