parkcircle.2013

MonteVerde Rowe, AHC Greater Baltimore's row house redevelopment project, will soon welcome its first new resident with the first house going under contract today. Nine historic row houses are under renovation and the block-wide project is helping jump start revitalization efforts in the Park Heights neighborhood.

The gracious homes have been fully renovated to maximize their charm and character, while leveraging modern design standards, current technology, and today's most desirable finishes. The three-bedroom and two-bedroom with den homes are filled with extras such as granite counter-tops, exposed brick, recessed lighting and fenced backyards.

These beautiful updates, based on mid-century construction, represent the successful marriage of traditional design and modern amenities, coupled with the convenience of city life just blocks from Baltimore's celebrated Druid Hill Park and the Maryland Zoo.
