HUD Grant Renewed for MonteVerde Resident Services
MonteVerde, a 301-unit apartment building for seniors and disabled individuals in Baltimore, received a one-year renewal of a HUD Service Coordinator Grant that funds two full time service coordinators and other program components, including training, quality assurance and supplies.
MonteVerde's Resident Services program is a multi-faceted program designed to meet the varied needs of the apartment community's disabled and elderly residents.

Construction Continues at
O'Donnell Heights
Construction on the first phase of development which will include 76 new town homes, is progressing on schedule. With the foundation complete, building construction began in May.
The first set of homes are expected to be ready for occupancy by late Fall 2013.

$6 Million Investment for MonteVerde Rowe Community
Park Heights Renaissance, the organization overseeing the Park Heights Master Plan, recently announced that $6 million dollars in State revenue is slated to help revitalize the Park Circle area that includes AHC's block-wide row house renovation project,
Over the next two years, the Pimlico Community Development Authority plans to spend the $6 million on projects that are part of the Park Heights Master Plan. Read more.

Spa Day as a Mother's Day Treat
Fourteen moms and grand-moms from Barclay Greenmount and Greenspring Overlook apartments were treated to a spa day sponsored by AHC Greater Baltimore Resident Services and hosted by the Carver School for Arts and Technology Cosmetology Students.
Residents were treated to free manicures, pedicures and hair styling.
