CUP FELLOWS WORKSHOP

On March 21, CUP Fellows explored the paradox of leadership - the journey inwards to discovering what you stand for as an individual, manager, and leader in your personal and professional worlds. Participants learned the difference between the perpetual "doing" of management to powerful "being" of leadership. With a focus on developing leadership mindset, excavating what stands in the way, and learning tangible lessons on leadership, this workshop served as the kickoff to the CUP Fellows executive coaching experience. The session was facilitated by Valia Glytsis, Founder and CEO of The Paradox of Leadership. Participants also had an opportunity to take a complimentary professional headshot.
